Rockford, IL: November 30, 2017 – Adult & Child Health, a theFranaGroup client, has been certified as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, joining a select group of 59 other clinics nationally who have achieved Look-Alike status. Adult & Child Health operates two primary care clinics, one in Indianapolis and one in Franklin, Indiana. Adult & Child Health is the 38th theFranaGroup client clinic achieving Federally Qualified Health Center status.
