Rockford, IL: September 5, 2017 – Aspire Indiana Health, Inc., a theFranaGroup client, has been certified as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, joining a select group of 58 other clinics nationally who have achieved Look-Alike status. Aspire operates five primary care clinics in Anderson, Carmel, Indianapolis, Lapel and Elwood, Indiana. Aspire is the 37th theFranaGroup client clinics achieving Federally Qualified Health Center status.
