theFranaGroup announced today the awarding of $1,735,445 in the first year funding from the Affordable Care Act to provide funds to establish three new Community Health Centers in three states.

ROCKFORD, IL (June 19, 2012) – theFranaGroup, a national healthcare consulting firm, announced today the awarding of $1,735,445 in first year funding from the Affordable Care Act to provide funds to establish three new Community Health Centers in three states; Illinois, Kansas and Wisconsin.  In the second year each award will be $650,000 for a total $1,950,000.  These grants will allow these communities to expand primary health care services to additional persons as part of the planned expansion of health centers under the Affordable Care Act.
