Crusader Community Healtlh Foundation and theFranaGroup announce the availabillity of four $1,000 scholarships.
Rockford, IL; March 10, 2017: Crusader Community Health Foundation and theFranaGroup announce the availability of four $1,000 scholarships to be awarded May 17, 2017. Two scholarships are to be awarded to employees or dependents of Crusader Community Health. Two scholarships are to be awarded to graduates of Rockford Public School District 205 (does not need to be current graduates). Scholarships will be awarded through a blind drawing of applicants’ names. Scholarships will be awarded for any post-secondary training which an applicant has been accepted. There is no required GPA, letter of recommendation or essay for these scholarships. Applications can be obtained from Linda Niemiec, CFRE, Vice President Development at Lniemiec@crusaderhealth.org. Deadline for applications is April 19, 2017.
The Crusader Community Health Foundation is established as a not for profit Illinois corporation to raise funds to support the work of Crusader Commuity Health in providing high-quality, cost effective, accessible healthcare for those who have limited access to primary healthcare services.
