Crusader Community Health Foundation and theFranaGroup announce the availability of two $1,000 scholarships.

Rockford, IL; April 1, 2016 – Crusader Community Health Foundation and theFranaGroup announce the availability of two $1,000 scholarships to be awarded June 1, 2016.  One scholarship is to be awarded to an employee or dependent of Crusader Community Health.  One scholarship is to be awarded to a graduate of Rockford Public School District 205 (previous or current graduate). Scholarships will be awarded through a blind drawing of applicants’ names. Scholarships will be awarded for any post-secondary training which an applicant has been accepted. There is no required GPA, letter of recommendation or essay for these scholarships. Applications can be obtained from Linda Niemiec, CFRE, Vice President Development at Lniemiec@crusaderhealth.org.  Deadline for applications is April 30, 2016.

The Crusader Community Health Foundation is established as a not for profit Illinois corporation to raise funds to support the work of Crusader Community Health in providing high-quality, cost effective, accessible healthcare for those who have limited access to primary healthcare services.
