Organization to provide scholarships for students pursuing post-secondary training.

Rockford IL; March 26, 2018 – theFranaGroup today announced the availability of two $1,000 scholarships to be awarded May 16, 2018 at 5 p.m. during a scholarship reception at the Burpee Museum of Natural History. One scholarship is to be awarded to an employee or dependent of Crusader Community Health and one scholarship is to be awarded to a graduate of Rockford Public School District 205 (does not need to be current graduate). This is the fourth year theFranaGroup and Crusader Community Health have partnered on this initiative.

Scholarships will be awarded through a blind drawing of applicants’ names and will be awarded for any post-secondary training which an applicant has been accepted. There is no required GPA, letter of recommendation or essay for the scholarships. Applications for the Crusader Community Health scholarship can be obtained from Linda Niemiec, CFRE, Vice President Development at Lniemiec@crusaderhealth.org. Applications for RPS graduates can be obtained from Kim Durham, Administrative Assistant for theFranaGroup, at kimdurham29@gmail.com. Deadlline for applications is April 18, 2018. Recipients or family members of recipients must be present on May 16, 2018 to receive the award.
