Valerie brings almost 13 years of experience of finance for the healthcare community, specializing in Federally Qualified Health Centers. Valerie brings to theFranaGroup the ability to provide all financial management aspects of Bureau of Primary Care Section 330 Grantees including program requirements, internal and external reporting, internal controls, financial policies and procedures, budgeting, annual audit, cost reporting, cash flow management, financial analysis, systems implementation, billing and collections, accounts receivable and grants management.
